PLM Presents the Pipeline Safety Leadership Training Program

This program is packed with real-life examples explored through engaging videos, role-play exercises, interactive activities and provocative discussion topics to convey the power of culture on safety performance. With an emphasis on personal accountability and incident prevention, the training provides leaders at all levels insight into their role in influencing the attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that drive culture.

The first and only program of its kind, the Pipeline Safety Leadership Program provides a consistent approach to training that will reshape the way safety is managed across the industry.

With video filmed on location this first and only program of its kind was developed over a year and a half of intensive collaborative work between Caterpillar and ten industry partners. The contribution of these experts ensures that the Pipeline Safety Leadership Program provides a realistic, relatable approach to training that will reshape the way safety is managed across the industry.

Each training session follows a consistent format with a key takeaway, a call-to-action and interactive elements that engage participants in the process.

The program kit includes a facilitator guide and USB drive containing all videos, PowerPoint presentations and printable handouts. The guide begins with a Getting Started section for the facilitator with the following elements and instruction:
