Condition Monitoring Service:  PLM Connect presents a condition monitoring service designed specifically for the pipeline industry to quickly locate, troubleshoot and repair equipment while reducing the number of trips out to a machine.  Data is collected from multiple resources and combined into one easy to read alert.  All data is gathered and analyzed by a condition monitoring analyst who then communicates the information to you.

Remote Services:  PLM Connect presents a suite of cutting-edge technologies that significantly improve jobsite efficiency using two key functions:  Remote Troubleshoot and Remote Flash.  Remote Troubleshoot enables us to run diagnostic testing on your connected machine, pinpointing issues while the machine is in operation.  This ensure the technician arrives with the correct parts, service tools, and instructions - all in one visit.  Remote Flash enables remote updates to the on-board software of connected machines without a technician being present.  For more detailed information, click on the Remote Services information sheet below.

Utilization / Benchmark Report: 

You will receive a monthly utilization and benchmark report that includes equipment run-time and idle-time reports with comparisons to a global pipeline benchmark, frequently occurring operator induced faults, and much more.
