The International Pipe Line & Offshore Contractors Association (IPLOCA) had their 46th Annual Convention September 10-14, 2012 in Istanbul, Turkey. The IPLOCA Convention is a unique opportunity for members to gather in a relaxed setting for five days of technical presentations, business meetings, social events, and tours. The open general meetings focus on onshore and offshore pipelines, training, new technologies, safety, and the environment.
