PipeLine Machinery International’s Operations department brings to the pipeline industry the pipeline equipment expertise that makes all the difference to pipeline contractors.

Working as they do in remote locations, often miles from the nearest population center, equipment service is one of the pipeline contractor’s biggest concerns. Equipment fleets are generally stretched thinly along the right of way, and the contractor with the best equipment management skills, is the one that wins the profitability race.

Caterpillar reliability and durability is a big plus.  Having PLM’s Equipment Operations team dedicated to your project is an even bigger plus.  The team consists of Equipment Services Coordinators assigned to the PLM equipment on a particular project.  The Equipment Services Coordinator works with the contractor’s equipment manager and with the local Caterpillar dealerships through which the project travels to ensure that all supporting players are on top of any issues that could or will arise during a project.
